just got back from the australian universites fair. i din know that the uni of melbourne had such high standards!! hmm.. but i tried looking for uni of sydney, but dont know why theres no booth of that particular uni. hmph!! ended up looking at NSW. mon is definitely going over.. hai.. tlked to my parents abt it, telling them i wanted to try law. coz im interested in it. yepz! law... hard to believe eh? ended up in a 'fight' with my dad, having mom as the middle man.. its always the case. he was telling me to complete my dip, so as to have a backup if i were to flunk my deg there.. he has a point, but the thing is, i dont intend to continue the nutrition line if i were EVER to go over. and if i dont continue, i would still have to go for the foundation yr, which is 1 yr. and deg in law is abt 5 yrs! 3+1+5=9 yrs in total!!! my god! but if i were to go over now, thats 1+1+5=7 yrs. 2 yrs less.. i dont know what to do now! argh!! fucked up life i have! the way my dad talked and the way he commented on my decision was like 'u better not go, u will definitely not get any results' not encouraging, not being confident in me.. always comparing me with my other cousins who did very well in sch... argh!! go adopt them then! now im stuck in sg, to complete this dreadful course.. poor me.. have to go cry now.......... sobz!
